Sundays (8am-4pm).

I am an in network provider for First Choice, Kaiser Access PPO, Kaiser HMO, Kaiser Options PPO, Lifewise, and Premera insurance.

Billing for Regence, Aetna, Anthem EAP (Bank of America in CA & WA), Carelon Behavioral Health (CA & WA), Optum, United Healthcare (CA & WA), Oxford (CA & WA), Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey (in Washington), Blue Shield of California (in California), and Oscar via Headway available.

Some clients may choose to use other insurance plans that I am not an in network provider for. In those cases, I can provide an invoice or superbill for use in obtaining "out of network" reimbursement for my services. Reimbursement availability and percentage is dependent upon your insurance plan. Please contact your insurance provider directly for details on their out of network reimbursement policy.
